Have to Download Files in Safepay Module

I've been going crazy with this problem all day. Here's the story. Last night I purchased a guitar course and made payment via PayPal to Clickpay. The files for the course are on mediafire.com

When I go to that site to get the files in Edge, IE 11, or Chrome I get the "Can't Reach This Page" message. I've tried disabling Bitdefender Anti Virus Plus 2017 and even whitelisting mediafire.com. Nothing helps. However, I can access and download the files when using the Safepay Module. Something is not right here. Anyone please HELP!!!

Hello,

Have you tried rebooting the machine in Safe Mode with networking and trying one of the browsers to download the file?

Just did that; and, I was able to download using the Chrome browser. Is there a way to permanently fix this?
