Logs Into Central Then Redirects

Hi, 


I cant log into Central via Chrome/Firefox/IE, it logs me in for a second I see the dashboard then it redirects me. When I log in with the agent using google sign in it allows me to enter email/sms passcode then when I log in get unexpected error. I download the support tool but cant attach as its 12MB, ,so here is a link https://ufile.io/50666
