Partental control and update not working

Hello!


I have just installed Total security 2017 on 5 pcs.


On one pc the software isnt working properly, parental control and updating does not work;


- When clicking on update, it takes a lot of time (minutes) before updating is complete (the rest of the pc's a matter of seconds). From bitdefender central it is not possible to update this perticular pc also (Message "the update is placed in que")

- Parent control can be set from bitdefender central but does not function on this perticular pc, no website blocking is happening.


I have 3 more pcs with parental control, working fine.

    What is the "environment" of your connection/firewall state on trobled PC? 

    Have you tried reinstalling BD ? 

    Also maybe you should try to download Bitdefender Update Server Patch   on  https://www.bitdefender.com/support/bitdefender-update-server-fails-to-download-updates-1152.html

    It seems like the connection between the online parental advisory is not as it should, even when its 1 on 1 with no router firewall between it.. I have removed al filters, and still the pc on wich the controll was working, dont stop filtering.


    Im going to try some other software, this system does not work als it should.
