My Devices not showing all devices


Hi,


I have a family pack subscription.


The number of devices of 5 is correct under My Subscription whereby i have 4 windows machine + 1 android HP.


However, i can only see 3 devices in My Devices in central.bitdefender.com


I couldn't see the other 2 devices. :o


Is it possible to see all my online/offline devices listed under My Devices?

    Please let me know what operating system are you running on those devices.


  • all 3 machines are running on Windows 10 Pro x64 and 1 machine on Windows 10 Home x64.

    Have you tried logging off and also clearing your cookies and cache and loggin back in ? This might be just a visual glitch.

    Yes, have tried it before.  Have also use different browsers on different machines with different Internet connection.

    Only 3 devices shown in My Devices,
