Scan SSL feature broken?
I jus installed BitDefender 2017 and basically my internet died. Every single page I tried to get to in Chrome had a secure connection added to it which is pointless for pages that A) Don't require a secure connection and 2) aren't configured for https.
Whatever this scan ssl setting is, I have had to remove it to be able to browse pages again.

Are you having some troubles while accessing some websites through a different browser?
To double check is this the error message that you got?
Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have.
Error code: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
Try this workaround here it might work by going to internet options, under the Content Tab, there is an option their to Clear the SSL State then turn on the scan ssl again.
Cheers.
