As with most commercial products, altering program files is not supported and modifying and/or distributing modified files may be against the applicable EULA for the software your are attempting to modify.
You may wish to contact support and request that a localisation for your language be considered for a future product release.

Did you know that the most competitive protection programs for Bitdefender products support Arabic language such as:
- ESET NOD32 Antivirus products
- Avast products
- Kaspersky products 2017
- 360 Total Security
- Malwarebytes AdwCleaner tool
As for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, the program was translated into Arabic by me and a copy of the language files was sent to the company
They may now put it in their next products
I prefer Defender products and I was using their product 2015 and also 2016 because the version supports Arabic

أما بالنسبة لمنتج شركة Malwarebytes Anti-Malware تم ترجمة البرنامج إلى اللغة العربية من قبلي وأرسلت نسخة من ملفات اللغة إلى الشركة
وهم الآن قد يضعونها في منتجاتهم القادمة
أنا أفضل منتجات البيت ديفندر وكنت مستخدما منتجهم 2015 وأيضا 2016 لأن النسخة تدعم اللغة العربية

As previously mentioned by my colleague best you can do is to contact our support team via bitsy@bitdefender.com with a localization request.
Modifying any Bitdefender files, even for translation, is against the EULA.0
