Unable to connect to the server. Error!


Hello all, im new to the bitdefender AV. Trying to install the product and then signing in but keep getting the same error. Changed setting to allow through the firewall but still the same. Why is a simple sign in so broken and not allow you to even use the AV. Can someone please fix this annoying bug/issue.

    Please ensure you are not connected to a limited/restricted network. VPN/Campus network.


    Ensure that you are running the latest version of your network drivers.


    You can also add the Google DNS to your network adapter to see if that resolves the issue.
