Bitdefender won't install

I purchased my first subscription from Bitdefender yesterday and I have been trying to install it since. I have tried deleting all Bitdefender files from my computer manually and every single time I attempt to download Bitdefender, I download the installer, I open it up, and when I give it permissions, it simply flashes "Getting your files ready". The files download but I cannot launch Bitdefender and the installer closes.  I have tried downloading this many times but it refuses to work.


Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
