Stuck at Preparing Bitdefender

Bitdefender has downloaded but it's stuck at Preparing Bitdefender for some time now and I only have windows defender installed now since i uninstalled my last antivirus program any tips? And my subscription is Total Security 2018 according to Bitdefender Central :D
