Full System Scan causes Blue Screen every time

Hello, everyone!


This is my first post here but I've been looking for a fix for this problem for a long time now and have found nothing, so here it is.


Every time I run a full system scan on my PC (Windows 10 64x) at around the middle of the scan (40-70%) suddenly a blue screen error comes up and shuts down my PC. Saying "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart" and the reason at the top is something like "system service exception".


So if anyone of you could give me an explanation and a possible fix, I'd be very appreciative.

    If this is with Bitdefender 2018, it would be best to update to Bitdefender 2019, and check if the blue screens still occur. 



    Should the same issue occur with Bitdefender 2019, we would need the contents of the folder to investigate:


    C:\Windows\Minidump
