moto g4 play android 7.1.1 problem

I have a problem with your anti-virus on my cell phone. This has been happening for a few weeks. When I go into google play options, then the account and preferences, nothing bad happens. When i scroll the screen to the right for the rewards and continue google play stops working. I reset the phone but it did not help. When you uninstall the application, those options work normally.
