upgrading computer to windows 10

hello guys,i was wondering if i have to uninstall bdts 2019 from windows 7 64 bit computer to upgrade to windows 10 64 bit from oem software disk.i do believe that will wipe had drive,so windows 7 will be gone.i do have back-up image if anything goes wrong.i only have 1 device open on my subscription and want to keep it open for another device,any advice would be very appreciated.:)

    You may uninstall Bitdefender before upgrading your OS. You may use the uninstall tool below:


    https://www.bitdefender.com/files/KnowledgeBase/file/Bitdefender_2019_Uninstall_Tool.exe


    After you upgrade to Windows 10, you may reinstall Bitdefender from your Central account.

    Hello,


    You won't lose the slot on your subscription. After you uninstall Bitdefender, remove the device from your Central account -> My Devices.

    thanks for your advice Roxana G,everything went smooth with os upgrade and reinstalling bdts and bd central says i still have my 1 slot available.:D
