Missing file

Have just upgraded from Internet Security 2019 to Internet Security 2020. All seems to be working fine but now have an entry in Windows 10 event viewer that VSSERVP cannot be started  because required file cannot be found. Can I just ignore this event as BitDefender  is working with no errors or should I reinstall Bitdefender?  Cheers Ziggy

    Ignore have fixed this issue. Uninstalled Internet Security 2020, then deleted all entries in registry for Bitdefender that the uninstall tool missed and then reinstalled Internet Security. No more events showing in windows event viewer.
