Osiris decryption
I got many files encrypted due to an Osiris ransomware attack a couple of years ago. I managed to remove the ransomware and then installed Bitdefender Internet Security to my computers to protect from similar attacks. But at that time I saved my encrypted files on a separate hard disk and I now wonder if there is a way to get those files decrypted?

From what I know .osiris is an extension used by Locky ransomware, which is impossible to decrypt at this point.

There is no need to contact Bitdefender Support in this case. As @Paul.R said, this ransomware is a new variant of Locky (7th generation) which is currently not decryptable.
For confirmation, kindly upload the encrypted file or a ransom note on the website https://id-ransomware.malwarehunterteam.com/
When scanned the website will let you know what kind of ransomware it is and whether the ransomware is decryptable or not.
Almost all AV vendors rely on https://id-ransomware.malwarehunterteam.com/ for confirmation, including Bitdefender.
In worst case, if ransomware is not decryptable, kindly make a copy of all important encrypted files and store it on a external device and wait until a decryptor is available in future.
Well majority of famous forum out there liker malwarebytes forum, bleeping computing , wilder security says to contact Dr.Web in this case where the files are not decryptable or there is no tool available to decrypt the files.
You can contact Dr.Web through this forum (https://support.drweb.com/new/free_unlocker/for_decode/?lng=en) . No one knows how or what tactics do they apply but if they are able to decrypt your file, then they are on chargeable basis.
