Why is there so many fraudulent sales on Ebay of shared accounts or Central accounts where others have sold their accounts?
What can be done about it?

@2checkout.com is the Bitdefender official vendor. BD might place an ad on eBay, as it does on many sites, but Bitdefender does not sell through/from eBay.
IMHO, eBay, aka FleaBay, is a scammer's paradise.
