Why I can't install to family memeber's computers in ASIA?

Hello to the community,

I am in Belgium and I purchased a Family package for 15 devices.

I installed 2 devices of mine well here in Belgium but when i generate the link to install to other family members in ASIA, they can't install it. THe software always ask for Activation code or Authencication code.

The Authentication code which is sent to my email: always not work. In my account, I turned off 2-factor Authentication code but i still happen.

The activation code which I clicked once for activation, it is expired.

Any idea to solve the problems? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Member,

    The issue may be due to licence belonging to be activated in a particular country from where you bought it. Though this might be an assumption only.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
