BDLDaemon and High CPU Usage
The fan on my Macbook was running high and I checked the processes and found that the BDLDaemon was running the CPU at 100% and above and would not stop. It ran for 45 minutes and so I turned off the Bitdefender Shield and the process stopped. But I was worried that my computer would get too hot. Anybody else have this issue???

Same problem here. I turned off the Bitdefender Chrome extension and the fan stopped. I thought that was it. Next morning fan running constantly and loud again. Uninstalled Bitdefender completely and it finally stopped.
