Is there a "HIPS" or "Application Control" in Bitdefender Internet Security 2020?
Is there a "HIPS" or "Application Control" in Bitdefender Internet Security 2020? For example, can I set it to ask when an app tries to run another process or modify some registry keys?

1) HIPS
Bitdefender uses Active Virus Control, which monitors everything applications do as long as they are active. Bitdefender had HIPS based feature back in 2009 but they opted to switch to cloud-based scanner.
2) Application Control
As far as I know, Application Control is only available in enterprise version as per the requirements stated by you.
In bitdefender internet security you can just enable & disable a particular application from connecting to internet via firewall.
Microsoft always provides you inbuilt windows protection as per the requirements stated by you. You can set the user account control settings to always notify such that no modification in your system can happen without your permission.
