If you have subscription to bitdefender MAC, you are well protected and do not need Netgear Armor.

To add on top of this, I already have BitDefender AV on a few of my PCs. I just got thre netgear Orbi and am using the trial of Armor. Should I let my personal subscription to BitDefender AV expire and switch over to the Armor version? The Armor version seems more complete than what I've purchased.
If so, It looks like I have to uninstall bitdefender, then install the Armor version of it. Is that correct?
And if so, what about my online Bitdefender account - what do I do about that?
Funny timing too - my personal bitdefender subscription expired yesterday.

Netgear Armor is not a product of bitdefender. It is a product developed by netgear in partnership with bitdefender for netgear armor router to provide online security to its users.
Since your bitdefende protection has expired, you should uninstall the bitdefender product through bitdefender uninstall tool (https://www.bitdefender.com/site/view/uninstall_consumer_paid.html) .Kindly choose the correct version and download the uninstaller.
After a successful uninstallation, kindly remove your device from bitdefender online central account (https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/)
Next, you can use netgear armor as your default router and since netgear armor comes with one year subscription of bitdefender total security, you can install bitdefender total security on your respective device and after a successful installation a login page will open where you will have to enter your registered login details and your new bitdefender total security product should get automatically synchronized with your online central account.
