VPN infinite purchase loophole

Purchased VPN services tonight (long after having normal antivirus account) when I go to use it (pushing connect on windows) it loops me to buy the product. I have updated and restarted the app/PC. When I go to Bit..central (homepage) it does show that I have the service + paid for it.. Please help, thanks much in advance!
