Rest in Peace Forum Bitdefender.
So ended the better support forum, even though the last stage was shamefully spam infested...
As I don't see much of future as an official Bitdefender support system for this new community, all my future support will be asked directly via emails.
I actually enjoyed the now dead Forum and helped me over a few years I have been using Bitdefender products.

I share your sentiments. I am very disappointed in this new "Community". The design is poor and the participation rate is not as good as it was in the old BD Forums, which were easy to navigate and to determine which topics had new posts.
For now, I will continue to persevere here, but not with much joy. It is true: "New does NOT mean it is better."

I must agree. This new forum is a poor substitute for the older better forum. I rarely visit anymore.

I hope someone actually see these feedbacks
cause i am really disappointed with the Bitdefender Forum as well. like i don't see any Bitdefender Employee around most companies have at least 4-5 active employees on their forum to communicate closer with their users..

Your voices have been heard. And things are in motion. Not as fast as we'd wished. But forward it is: visual, content, and most of all, our involvement with you, our Community Members.
I'm unearthing this very thread as we're now in a clean-up stage, corroborated with new content creation and a better visual interface.
