Hi,
BIS does not support vaults anymore. There is a extraction tool instead to extract the files.
I was following the instruction: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/34186/
Unfortunatly the extraction failed, with no files extracted.
The log file says:
This is a importend vault, and I need help to extract the files.
The password i am using is correct, btw.
