Find my device issues

Google maps and find my device along with my timeline all show me to be 5 blocks away to 2 blocks away with same address when I am home. However I leave the house and before I'm 2 doors down my location is accurate as can be. Does this mean my phone is cloned? My phone being tracked?

    My blue beacon also moves back and forth 3 blocks as I sit in house not moving. Lol
