Hi...It wont show until you go to BD Central and activate it. It will be added on to whatever you have left on your old subscription. Also, and this is important, make sure that you have auto renewal disabled or you will probably get dinged again. In my opinion the best way to do this If you purchased BD thru 2checkout, is to create a 2checkout account and disable from there. Activate your new subscription before cancelling auto renewal or it will just reset itself. Good luck.
