BitDefender Box 2 Placement

Hi all. I'm looking at the BitDefender Box 2 and as I understand the setup, I would either (1) have the box as my router and set everything up behind it in bridge more or (2) set it up behind my router to clone the existing network. It seems like a lose out on major functionality of my mesh network in both scenarios.

Is there anyway to set this up where the mesh functionality is still available to control the wifi network, QOS, etc. but still have all the traffic going through the box for protection and not double NAT whether it be a Google/Nest, Amplifi, Orbi, etc.?
