Bitdefender OS Network Helper process

When this process runs it times out the network connection and redlines the Power Usage in Win10's new Task Manager layout.

This action has a negative impact on the overall usability of the system.

    I would agree. This process interferes with URBackup. It brings the network bandwidth to 100% before freezing the machine and causing a reboot. I have had to uninstall bit defender to confirm that this was the cause of the random reboots.

    This bug remains and looking around it has been around for a ' YEAR ', where is the patch for this??

    I've got the same issue. Would greatly appreciate a fix for this. I am quite fine with Bitdefender but this is actually a dealbreaker
