Help setting up scheduled scans

I'm a newbie trying to set up recurring scheduled scans. To schedule a scan, the manual says to click Protection and then click in the Antivirus pane. I don't see an Antivirus pane at all. What am I missing?  Thank you!

    Is it possible to set up scheduled scans for Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android? I can't see an option for it.

    Not 100% necessary, but might be a nice feature ;)

    I would love to know how to schedule scans on mobile... Bitdefender is a resource pig, so I don't want it scanning while I'm trying to use my phone. Thoughts?

    Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us

    On Mobile Security for Android the scheduled scans are unavailable because the BMS automatically scans applications as soon as they are installed or updated, as that's when it's necessary to do it and this doesn't add any load. A confirmation will be displayed on the phone, after the respective application has been scanned.

    Currently, there are no development plans in this direction.
