Trying to remove an old device from Bitdefender Central

I have an old laptop that is protected in my Bitdefender Central but when I click on view details to try and remove it the screen is blank, it's not like my other devices where I can monitor and see all the options, it is literally a white screen, I can still see the Bitdefender column of options on the sidebar but cannot do anything with this device, help?
