All of a sudden my Bitdender Security will not connect and is Greyed Out and when I click on icon in bottom right corner it says its trying to connect but just sits there.... I have no VPN
i am having the same problem. Fixed with reinstallation. but after the first update the same problem reoccurred. It says call the support from bitdefender, but there is no support number.

Same problem. I thought that the problem is program so I uninstaled program by uninstal tool from bidefender. Made a new instalation, successful log in into account and then info that there is a problem with communication.
And one more thing, I deleted device on Bitdefender Central before Instalation and now on account there is an info that the new device is protected :) but program on Windows is not working
