Why does my scheduled scan task fail to run?

I set up a full scan to run in background at 1:00 AM every day using the "Schedule scan task" option. It ran the first night, but it has failed to run after that. I can run a full scan in foreground.

    It seems that some users have the same problem, no matter Full scan or Quick scan is scheduled. The scheduled scan simply doesn't run.

    Please get in touch with our engineers, as logs will be required from your machine for troubleshooting purposes. We won't be able to resolve this situation on the forum, unfortunately, as the Support Teams will require individual logs on a case per case basis.
