Password Manager not completing username on some sites

I have set up my Password Manager and it is working but some sites do not fill the username field.

It fills the password field and if you click on the password field you get a dialog to copy the password/username where you can copy the username.

I have tried a few Password Managers and have not had this issue...any remedies??

    I use another Password Manager and to complete the fields I use the Ctrl + \ key combination

    Thanks....I have Bitdefender Internet Security and Bitdefender Password Manager....I have the extention on my browser and imported from another manager....I was wondering if this wallet should show up in my Internet security dahsboard?? (It is not there).

    No, as far as I know, it does not have to appear in the Bitdefender interface, it is separated from it!

    Appears only in taskbar!
