whenever I download to one of my devices (I have the bitdefender ultimate plus (10 devices), and I download or share to another device it only shows a free plan option on the new device and won’t acknowledge my paid plan at all. This is beyond frustrating, I have tried support several times to no avail.

Kindly check if the following steps help you:
1) Uninstall the Bitdefender product from your device.
2) Remove devices from your online Bitdefender Central:
3) Reinstall the Bitdefender product on your device.

After installing Bitdefender on your devices, make sure it's linked with the Central account where your Ultimate Plus subscription is running. To synchronize the Bitdefender product with Central once again, follow the relevant steps from this article (for Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS) and re-enter your Central account credentials:
