1 minute full system scans and quick scans.
When I run a full system scan whether scheduled or unscheduled it only scans 600000 files and takes only 1 minute. Also when I run a quick scan it takes the same amount of time just 1 minute and also scans the same amount of files about 600000. The logs for the quick scans also show they don't do anything to any type of possible threats. I am also suspecting of having spyware on my PC and/or someone with a RAT (Remote Access Trojan) on my PC. I am running Windows 11 pro, 64GB of RAM, 2 m.2 drives 1tb each, and 1 SSD 2tb, CPU i9 9900k, GPU 2080 ti. BD build 26.0.16.69

Generate bitdefender support tool logs (https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/1733/)
Share the logs & your query with bitdefender support team by dropping them an email at bitsy@bitdefender.com
The support team will reply back to your query within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
Till the time the support team will check on the logs and since you suspect an infection on your device, I would advise you to run these portable scanners which do not require any installation
* Download and run Malwarebytes AdwCleaner (https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner)
* Download and run a scan with Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool (https://devbuilds.s.kaspersky-labs.com/devbuilds/KVRT/latest/full/KVRT.exe). Make sure you checkmark System Memory, Startup Objects, Boot Sectors & System Drive before running a scan.
* Download and run ESET online scanner (https://download.eset.com/com/eset/tools/online_scanner/latest/esetonlinescanner.exe)

The answer to this question perfectly expresses why I won't be renewing my BitDefender subscription this year.
Scheduled scans never run, and when an infection is suspected we need to run the tools from other companies to remediate.
However, BitDefender is very good at popping up at inopportune moments with useless information or sales entreaties. I have had enough.

First, if you are facing any issues with product it might indicate a bug or some technical issue with the product and that is why logs are required so that bitdefender development team can look into this.
Second, you need to understand that no antimalware can detect each and every bit of malware.
Third, you were offered additional tools because you suspected your system to be infected. There is a difference between suspecting a malware and having a actual malware on your PC.

mrmmirakhur,
Thank you for the response. I have generated logs for bitdefender and set them in however they were for a different specific issue. This is also a clean intsall of windows and bitdefender. I am going to start checking now with all the programs you mentioned. Thanks again.
