How does a Ulefone Armor 7E stop bitdefender?

My settings show Bitdefender is not optimised by battery saving
I've let it have permissions except for phone and camera.
It seems to run and then stops. The message when I look into it is that it is being optimised.
Has anyone experienced this phone before or know what it is doing?
