What is he best way to use Password Manager in Android?
Is there a best way to set up PM so that in Android, the APPS (not web sites which seems fine) will provide the right credentials from the PM app?

Password Manager is browser, website based for creating and storing those passwords. See towards the bottom, Add accounts to autofill, from the link below.
There is no ability for PM to create passwords, pins for the apps. You would need to do that yourself. You could then store that information in the secure Notes section of PM.
