Merge Power User antimalware exclusions with cloud policy

I want my IT staff to have access to Power User so that they could exclude custom paths from antimalware scan. Problem is when I add custom exclusions via Power User everything is being overwritten if any change is made in cloud policy. Is there a way to keep Power User custom exclusions and merge them with cloud policy rules?

    Hello.

Since you need help with business product, @Alex_Dr or @Andra_B could take a look here and help you with the issue.

Also, you can always contact the Bitdefender business support:

  • Hi @Mohavior

The changes made by the Power user are not permanent, these should theoretically only be used for debugging. For example, if there are problems or someone wants to test a setting, an exclusion, etc., you can use the power user function.

If the IT team needs to have different attitudes, one should set a separate policy in GZ and assign that policy to the endpoints used by IT staff.
