I keep getting a message: error 196 (Tunnel DCN blocked Auth) and am unable to open mt VPN protection. How do I fix it? This is the first time this happened. Thank you

12-12-22 Still not fixed, that's 37 days and a security company can't figure out what's hacking its security.... Not a good feeling. It keeps logging off VPN.
