Hello.
You didn't mention what Bitdefender subscription did you purchase: Bitdefender Total Security, Bitdefender Internet Security, Bitdefender Premium Security, Bitdefender Premium VPN etc. and how many devices (1, 3, 5, etc.) the subscription covers.
Anyway, ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices and/or your payments/purchases.
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

I am a new subscriber but a long time computer guy. I am a retired EE and I have had computers for 44 years., I am 87 so be a little patient. I have a standard susctiption and I am trying to add Bitdefender to another computer. the info wants the activation #. I sent the orginal one and it did not accept the number. Bitdefender does not seem to have a menu page like other virus tools. I an transfering from McCaffee and because the software is not very good. I selected bitdefender because Toms hardware recommended it as well as PC magazine. I just need help with the setup. I am also subscribing to your VPN. I have had several virus tools and the best seem to have the ones with the best instructions.

So, after checking your account, I have noticed that you have a Total Security license for up to 5 devices.
You currently have one device covered by the solution. To install protection on another device, access your Central account using this link in a web browser: https://central.bitdefender.com/
From here, you can manage all your Bitdefender products and subscriptions. Using Central, you can control security for yourself and your entire family. You can activate and manage your subscriptions, install protection, track your lost devices and run remote scans and optimizations – all in one place. This is basically the menu page / dashboard you were looking for.
Simply log in using your e-mail address and password:
Then, go to the My Devices section on the left side of the Bitdefender Central webpage.
In the My Devices panel, click + ADD DEVICE.
A new window will pop up. Choose the Bitdefender product you want to install, then select Other devices:
Select one of the three options to send a Bitdefender download link to another device:
- QR code – Open your smartphone’s or tablet’s camera to scan the QR code.
- Copy link – Copy to clipboard the download link and share it in a direct message.
- Email link – Enter a valid email address to email the link to any of your devices.
Open the link on the device you want to protect. Click DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL and follow the on-screen steps to install Bitdefender.
Note: The download link is available for 24 hours. If the link expires, you can generate a new one by repeating the above procedure.

Please note that the activation code must only be redeemed in Central once, when activating the subscription. The code will not function afterwards, because the subscription management is achieved using the Central account, thus the code is no longer necessary.
