Can't Uninstall PC Accelerate On My PC. Any Help?

I can't seem to find it anywhere, it came alongside a trojan horse virus the other day and that's when I subscribed to Bitdefender, the virus seems to be gone, but PC accelerate still there, I tried looking for it in Control Panel and in doing a system scan and a quick scan from Bitdefender but it's not showing up at all and it keeps popping up whenever I startup my laptop, and I looked for it in apps in settings.

any help is much appreciated.

    PC Accelerate and PC Accelerate Pro are both considered as PUA/PUP (Potentially Unwanted Application / Potentially Unwanted Program).

    First, you should do a SYSTEM SCAN on your PC and clean the infections with the Bitdefender program, by following these steps:

    If the malware keeps re-installing, you should disinfect your PC with Bitdefender Rescue Environment, by following these steps:

    If that also dind't help, you should do the steps below.

    First, take screenshot(s) of the issue,

    create a log file on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:

    Next, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail:

    with short description of the issue.

    After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.

    Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log files you already created in the first step.

    Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find a solution to fix the issue.

    Remember that the screenshot(s) and the log files will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding a solution.
