How Can A 5 Year Old File Suddenly Show An Infection And Why BD Turns Firewall On And Off?
I received a notice from Bitdefender that a file on my computer is infected with Trojan.Groooboor.Gen.22 and was moved to quarantine. This file is 5 years old. Why am I just now getting a notice that it's infected? Is it possible that the file really isn't infected? Also, within the same time frame, I received a notice that my firewall was enabled. Does Bitdefender turn firewalls on and off? If so, why does it do that?

After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.
