Question On GravityZone Email Security (EMS) Licensing

Question on licensing for GZ Email Security. It states you have to change the MX records to point to Bitdefender. Does this mean that it is an all or nothing for mailboxes? Meaning do I have to buy a license for every mail box in my company, to include group mailboxes, security mail boxes, other users I do not intend to monitor. It would seem that the rule (LOCKED) DHA would reject anyone that does not have a license.
