Could You Please Disable 2FA On My Bitdefender Central Account?
Hello,
My Google 2FA doesn't seem to be working to log in to Bitdefender Central. Can you please disable 2FA on my account so I can access it? I had to create a new account so that I could post this.
My account is: ******. Please contact me at that address if you need to verify my identity or need anything else.
Thanks!
Todd

Hello.
ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account.
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:
NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!
Also, @Alexandru_BD and @Mike_BD (they both work for Bitdefender) can take a look here and help you with the issue. You can PM them.
Regards.

Hello @turk7777 and welcome to the Community!
Of course, we check and monitor the comments regarding this, however, there are some security procedures involved, as 2FA is an additional security layer of the account. Such procedures cannot be carried out on the forum.
My recommendation would be to contact our Support Teams using the link below. Make sure to send your request from the email address associated with the Central account (use the contact form to open a ticket) and have your activation code and / or last 4 digits of the payment method used to purchase Bitdefender at hand, in the event you have purchased the solution using the official Bitdefender website. The engineers will have the right tools to fix the login issue.
