Hello, I am trying to purchase Bit Defender Premium Security but keep getting an error.
I have been getting the below; Error processing the credit card transaction. Please enter another card or try to finalize the transaction in a few minutes.
Bank keeps telling me there is nothing wrong with the card and there was no attempt either of such a transaction on their system. I have tried using different credit cards but the error is still there.

I would get a hold of Support from the link below, Purchase and Manage Subscriptions. Go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support box. You will have three options, Chat, email and phone support, which is not toll-free.
I would start with Chat, as they are pretty quick in getting you headed in the right direction.
