could Bitdefender prevent Saving on my wordpress site
In general I am quite satisfied with Bitdefender.
But I have the problem that it is impossible to do savings on my wordpress blog. It is made with Divi.
I have already checked out all possible issues with the hoster. There all is good.
Now I wondered if this might be a bitdefender related problem. May be I have to set up an exception rule somewhere? But I do not what and where.
Therefore, I would very much like your advice or ideas and thank you in advance.

It is possible that Bitdefender is preventing you from saving changes to your WordPress blog. Here are a few things you can check:
1) Make sure that Bitdefender is not blocking the WordPress admin panel. You can do this by temporarily disabling Bitdefender and seeing if you can save changes to your blog.
2) Check Bitdefender's firewall settings. Make sure that the firewall is not blocking access to the WordPress admin panel or the files that WordPress needs to save changes.
3) Set wordpress exclusion in bitdefender.

If you choose email, you will get a ticket number on your registered email.
Generate below stated logs and attach it to the ticket number that you received on your registered email.

If the generated logs are larger in size, you can upload the logs to google drive or we.tl (7days link validity for free users) or ask the support team to provide you with the online link & password of bitdefender cloud where you can upload the logs and share the upload link with the support team.
The support team will reply back to the same email within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
