How to log in to my account?
I renewed my subscription but can't log into my account (have done so in the past). I've tried using 3 different computers and both FireFox & MS Edge. Same result -- it just asks me to log in again, over and over.
I have confirmation emails from my renewal, but my existing BitDefender installation says it has expired and won't do anything.
Need help!!!

Hello,
I think it's the login loop reported here as well:
@widget_99 I would recommend contacting our enginners for further troubleshooting and a workaround for this.
You are getting the expiration message because your previous Total Security license has indeed expired, however, you have purchased a Premium Security license recently and you will have to log in, so that you can redeem the activation code received for this.
Since this is not possible due to the login issue you are experiencing, please get in touch with our Support Teams by choosing one of contact channels available at the link below:

Let us know how it goes.

Hello.
Also, you need to reallocate ALL your devices to the new Bitdefender Premium Security subscription, by following these steps:
At the end, don't forget to stop the auto-renewal for the old Bitdefender Total Security subscription, by following these steps:
Just follow the steps as described in Method 1, because some users in the past reported that the steps from Method 2 didn't stop the auto-renewal.
From my personal experience, Method 1 did and still does the job for stopping the auto-renewal.
Regards.

I just signed in yesterday and I'm having a really hard time following the instructions, in fact severely stressed that its over my head. I want to keep my e-mail address but I have to change it. I'm wondering if I should back out of bitdefender. I'm so glad I Found this comment box to be able to ask questions.

Hello @Angie Visser,
If you haven't contacted the Support teams yet, can you share with us more information regarding what's happening ?
I want to keep my e-mail address but I have to change it - You wish to keep your current email address associated with Bitdefender Central and you are prompted to change it? It's not clear what is being asked here. Are you referring to the Central login, or product 'login'?
Have you managed to login successfully in your Central account? Is Bitdefender installed on your device(s) and synchronized with an active subscription in Central? Does Bitdefender display the message 'you are protected' on the installed devices?
I'm having a really hard time following the instructions - What instructions are you following and at what step are you struggling?
Kindly elaborate.
Thanks,
Alex

Hi,
Where exactly are you trying to sign in? Central, or Bitdefender UI? Are you trying to access your Central account to enter a new activation code, by any chance? Kindly elaborate.
