Password Protection Error
Hello All,
In the past I created a password to protect my firewall settings from being changed. I thought I removed the password sometime ago. Unfortunately, I no longer recall the password and I am unable to make any changes to. There are no options to reset this function. Can someone please help?

In this case, you only have two options, uninstall Bitdefender (not a repair). The uninstall will clear your previous password. Or, contact support who will have an optional workaround for you to try.
See Method 2 as far as uninstalling due to this issue
For Support, click on How To's and Troubleshooting, and go through the prompts until reach the black Contact Support box. You will have three options, Chat, email and phone support, which is not toll-free. Chat can be the quickest way to get things started.
