When I go to certain websites I get the answer "... rejected the connection"

Welcome to the Bitdefender Forums. Are you using a VPN? If so, can you try connecting without a VPN? The message "
rejected the connection
" would seem to be coming from the website itself. Sometimes, some sites don't like VPNs.This does not sound like a Bitdefender message, but you could try turning off the Web Protection component to see if you can connect. You could also Google the message with the site IP address to see if others are experiencing this issue.

All the certificates on the stated website are up to date. Have a look at the stated link (https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=click.pstmrk.it)
So as @garioch7 said, it is not Bitdefender that might be blocking it.
Kindly check if the following steps help you:
1) Restart your PC in safe mode. You can follow this guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-92c27cff-db89-8644-1ce4-b3e5e56fe234
2) Open the Run command and execute the following commands one by one:
temp – delete all the files in the folder.
%temp% – delete all the files in the folder.
prefetch – delete all the files in the folder.
3) Restart your PC in normal mode by unselecting the option to run the system in Safe Mode, then click 'Apply.'
4) Reset your web browsers:
