Are you talking about the web browser ads? If so, Bitdefender does offer AdBlocker and Privacy Blocker extension but that has limitations. You can install, Bitdefender Anti-Tracker by following the procedure in the stated link (https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/28481/)

Kindly check if the following steps help you:

1) Open the Run command and execute the following commands one by one:

temp – delete all the files in the folder.

%temp% – delete all the files in the folder.

prefetch – delete all the files in the folder.

2) Reset your web browsers:
