Want to transfer Total Security subscription to another account

Hello. I have my VPN subscription and my Total Security subscription under different e-mails and I was wondering if it's possible to transfer my Total Security subscription the account with my VPN subscription. I don't even have access to the email that my total security subscription is under and I'd like to be able to use both my VPN and TS at the same time.
