BDAgent and BDAgentApp startup apps both using the same Exe?

Hi,

I seem to have 2 instances of "C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender Security App\bdagent.exe" running in my HKCU\..\Run registry key. One is called BDAgent and the other is called BDAgentApp.

Is this expected or should I disable/remove one of them?

I'm not sure why both would be displayed there, but I think it is not advisable to remove any of them. I would recommend contacting the Technical Support Teams, as they can provide a more informed opinion about this and advise accordingly. You can get in touch with the Bitdefender engineers by choosing one of the contact channels listed here:

State your contact reason, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
